PSA Aftermarket is organizing the second edition of the World Cup of Service Managers and Sales Advisors
The finalist teams were selected following a series of events. Among these, a timed theoretical quiz of 50 questions covering the areas of quality of service, the customer journey Simplified Operational Standards, the policy and the application of the rules of the guarantee, trade, tools like Service Box, management, etc.
The final will take place in France, in Poissy, at the Forum Armand Peugeot, from 3 to 6 December 2019.
The 16 teams qualified for the final are:
- Services Managers: 8 Qualified teams
- Service Sales Advisors: 8 Qualified teams
These 16 teams come from all over the world, demonstrating the assertive international character of the after-sales expertise of PSA Aftermarket and all Groupe PSA subsidiaries.
As a key function of networks, Service Managers are responsible for managing and developing the After-Sales activity. They guarantee the quality of service and customer satisfaction at After Sales. The Service Sales Advisors, for their part, have the role of accompanying the customer throughout their After-Sales journey by establishing a relationship of trust in order to retain them. They must also develop the shop’s turnover through the sale of products and services.
